He is very friendly and puts a patient at ease -- which, I believe, is important - especially if one is dealing with possible surgery. He thoroughly explained my situation and patiently listened to my comments and addressed my questions and concerns. He inspires trust and I highly (very highly) recommend him!!!! He is wonderful.
