Supportive, educational, efficient, on time/available, and responsive. Somebody recently reached out to me for advice because they had lymph nodes removed and now are experiencing swelling. I told them that Northwestern has and is building a world class care team for Lymphedema. Armi was one of the reasons for that recommendation.
