I was originally supposed to have my surgery done with another surgeon. But due the schedules in the OR and the other other surgeons' office schedule, Dr. Bhakta was a last minute change in my care. Both surgeons were very professional and made sure that Dr. Bhakta would take over only if I was comfortable with the plan. As a patient, I appreciated that and agreed to the change. Dr. Bhakta took some time to talk to me and my husband, got to know us for a few minutes and made us feel comfortable. My surgery went well and my recovery was smooth. I also appreciate the anesthesia team and everyone else in the OR as well as the PACU nurses that were involved in my care. I had no pain or nausea or vomiting afterwards. Thank you for taking good care of me! God bless!
