Once again, my only wish is that the highest possible score on the metric should exceed 10. The outcome is quite dramatic and, as I pointed out after the first procedure, Dr. Mathias' surgical skill and followup care changed my visual experience. While the winter solstice and the return of the light hours after the procedure is simply a coincidence, it is an effective metaphor for the gift from Dr. Mathias.
