Very friendly spoke clearly observant. Explained everything, reviewed everything thoroughly, having seen me for the first time I felt she already had seen me before and knew my history. Her post visit notes were super comprehensive. Took a second to adjust to the iPad doctor setup but then felt like normal soon after .
