I had a lot of anxiety before my appointment due to it being awhile since my last visit (because of Covid) and my self conscious thoughts. This was my first appointment at this office and with Dr. Torres and she was so kind and polite. She calmed me down and was so quick and painless during the appointment. I really could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Dr. Torres!

She was so prepared ahead of my visit. Previous care that I received at Palos Hospital Dr. Beitner already had on her notes . She listened carefully to all my answers to questions and delved further when needed. I felt so at ease with Dr. Beitners knowledge and professionalism! She allowed me time to ask a lot of questions and asked if I understood her answers. She ordered blood work and on the test results on My Chart wrote an explanation of all my results! I am so glad I found her! Thank you Dr. Beitner!
