Very good bedside manners. She talked with me not over my head, and showed a genuine concern for my health. She was very thorough in her explanation and invited questions of concerns. She answered my questions and express that I can contact her with other questions. I didn't feel intimidated and was happy that she appeared to have read my file before I met with her.

She’s an amazingly good clinician and has excellent communication skills. Northwestern might consider her transferring patients differently. We could easily stay with the previous system that is more convenient.

Provider wasn’t wearing appropriate attire (no white coat), long hair not tied. She didn’t appear interested in the patient. No eye contact. Seemed rushed. It was my first visit and she hardly asked any questions about my condition. Spent time typing and looking at the computer. The physical exam seemed very brief and not thorough. She didn’t listen to my concerns and dismissed me when I brought up questions. I doubt I’ll be coming back to see her. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been with NW Rheumatology for 8 yrs and always had a great experience with my providers.
