Seems to know his stuff.

She is very knowledgeable in her field. She makes the necessary adjustments in my medication regiment and explains why changes are needed to be made. She is easy to talk with and most of all she listens to her patients concerns.

Dr. Lynch has been out family doctor for 40 years. He cares about the health of his patients.

Dr. Gallo has amazing bedside manner and is so personable. He truly listens and you can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. His staff is absolutely magnificent. I’ve never felt so welcomed or comfortable in such a short amount of time.

He is a amazing surgeon. Good beside manners. He did a great job with my surgery. He greeted me at the OR with a great smile. When I told him my son wants to talk to him over the phone before the suegery, he right away got the # and talked my son over the phone before and also after the surgery. If I have to have an elective surgery, I will definitely choose him as my surgeon.

Dr Mikes is extremely thorough and has a very good bedside manner. She would have scored a 10 but when I asked a question during an explanation of meds she said let me finish and then I’ll answer your questions.

Extremely disappointed in yesterday’s visit. Dr. McShane did not listen to me yesterday. She told me what was wrong, but gave me nothing other than ice and biofreeze for relief…both I told her I already use. Told me she could treat with anti inflammatories. Told her I do not want that per Dr. Beitner’s request re: current test result. Regardless, that was not what i asked for when I walked in the door. I asked for help with an orthotic that was one step more supportive than what she suggested at my last visit. She blew past that. I then asked about custom orthotics. Said need to check with insurance. Ok. Said I am wearing the wrong shoes. Said I need to go someplace where they fit you. I asked 3 times where is that? I honestly do not know or I would not ask. She gave me ONE store in my area. ONE and did not tell me what it was in person. Put it in the notes. Had she told me I would have told her I’ve been there already and they do not have shoes to fit me. They put me in men’s shoes and say that’s the best they can do. She also did not examine my feet. She assessed them by looking at them…did not touch them. She asked if I have fallen in the past several months. I said yes, 3 times. Did not ask how or where or any details. She said did I see orthopedics for that? You said no. She did not ask why. Had she asked I would have told her, (1) in a new job, don’t have time off, need to choose my time for when I’m “sick” and (2) I could not schedule a teeth cleaning during that time, a trip to a specialist was pretty much out of the question and (3) one time I tripped over a pipe and the other two times I was pushed…maybe more questions should be asked before judgement is made. Lastly, she wants me to put my feet up and ice my feet when I get home. I already do that. I thought I was doing it wrong so I asked for clarification on how to do it. She verified yes that’s right as she had her hand on the door knob as I could tell she could not wait to get out the door. Total time in room: 18 minutes. I then spent a good 5-7 minutes pulling myself together emotionally as I know I’m getting a nice hefty bill that I cannot afford for literally nothing today. Won’t be back.
