She’s qualified. I just wish I could have been offered a phone or even a FaceTime appointment beforehand. Getting me ready and out for appointment found me running late and as we were driving, I received phone call of other option.

Without Sue I would be lost. She goes above and beyond to be responsive and helpful. The team is clearly understaffed and overwhelmed, and I should not have to rely on my PA for all appointments and relating info to my oncologist.
