He takes time with his patients to explain the problems and difficulties. He doesn’t rush to suggest surgery unless there is no other solution. Cares about her patient but was hard pressed and rushed. Apparently she had to fit in a patient out of sequence because they were not aware of the new location. She did not have time to complete a Form of Medical Necessity for calcium required by FSA reimbursement.
