I felt like Dr. Gallo was genuine and knowledgeable. I also felt like he took the time to listen and understand my concerns. But it was also a very efficient visit! So it was the best of both worlds really. Also, at no point did I feel like he was talking down to me or that I wouldn’t understand. A lot of physicians seem to do that now - but Dr. Gallo made me feel like he saw me as a real person - and not some complainer who makes up medical issues for fun and is wasting their time!
