His knowledge is immense, and it’s only outsized by his kind and humane heart. Dr Mehta and I have substantive discussions about my condition, treatments, results, and next steps. Unlike most doctors with his credentials and status, he discusses the ‘what’ and the ‘why’ is happening, making the explanation of next steps and options easier for me to understand. Understanding what he sees only helps me to support those efforts with diet, exercise, and rest. It’s not all on Dr Mehta or on his staff. I can help myself a little too.
