He clearly looked up my case beforehand, was familiar with it, asked me my expectations/wants, and asked lots of detailed questions. He was interested in the details and wants to know any updates of symptoms as they happen so he can help if needed. He looked up his own schedule to get me in for his next available for a follow-up. He really seems to care and my case is ‘weird’ and has gone through several specialists to this point and he seems to be interested in finding answers for me.
