Dr. Potts immediately told me at the beginning of the appointment he was starting off the appointment different than he usually does. I know it was due to the information I provided to the Nurse Practitioner, prior to seeing Dr. Potts. It immediately provided me relief. He then provided all of the information in a manner that was simple to understand and didn't overwhelm with me with information and "choices" I had experienced with a medical provider in my home community. At the end of our appointment, he checked to make certain I was having follow-up with other doctors both at NW and my primary physician to monitor medical concerns which had resulted in the need for a referral to NW Neurological Surgery. I feel confident in the plan Dr. Potts outlined for my continuing follow-up with him next year! What a relief!

It’s like I said just before I like my doctor, Dr. James Magee I’ve been with him for Years he always helps me when I’m sick and I don’t feel good and if I have a big problem, he will recommend a specialist which I like and he has done for me. Can I post 20 instead of just 10? I think he is the best doctor at Northwestern. Memorial. Maybe best anywhere. Very very smart, through, listens attention to details.
