Dr. Havey strikes the balance between quick and thorough. He asks good questions and explains complex things in clear terms. First impression is that he is kind, has a sense of humor, and is very smart (all lovely qualities to have in a doctor). Without any prompting, he was aware that my appointment had begun late and he apologized for this as he greeted me. To me, the apology was not necessary (though it was appreciated) because I was grateful his office could even schedule me in so very quickly. But what this tells me is that he deeply cares about the ins and outs of how his office functions and that he cares about the patient experience. I feel very fortunate he is now my doctor.
