She is thorough and informative. She takes her time and always asks if we have additional questions or concerns. Today, she went above and beyond during our visit when there was a need to evacuate the building. She held hands with my 2 older daughters while I carried our infant daughter. She helped them feel less nervous in a stressful moment and helped me so much!
