Dr. Flanagan explained my current knee condition, what he saw on the x-rays (while showing them to me) and told me how the Mako procedure would enable me to go back to leading a normal, active life. He was thorough, listened to my questions, explained the good and the bad. Very impressed with him; he's very personable.
