It was my first time meeting him. My mom complained to him on wait time however I realize orthodontists have a lot to cover and explain to patients. He handled mom very professionally, kind and apologetic yet as I was the patient, he professionally and swiftly directed his attention to me without insult. He showed me and explained the X-rays/CT scans. Offered his advice had a sense of humor ordered tests gave meds let me know when he would get back to me with results and was charming in his good bye lol
