The nursing staff was so nice and helpful. The doctor was awesome as well. Great bedside manner on all ends. I unfortunately arrived 5 minutes late and not once did I feel anyone angry at me for that. Super understanding and just a good atmosphere

I tried to book one appt to have both a wrist and a shoulder diagnosed but was told these needed to be two separate appointments. After asking Dr Havenhill why this needed to be the case, he quickly agreed to diagnose my shoulder as well, saving me the hassle of having to return. Apparently the issue is more with the scheduling staff not necessarily knowing which doctors can diagnose which body parts.
