Helpful but made a comment when we asked about my [age] olds throat possible being sore and she asked if we wanted her to “gag” him to check and proceed to grad a tongue depressor before we told her it was ok and not necessary. As a new mother it made me very uncomfortable as I was just asking the doctors opinion.

Jennifer is such a genuine person and shows a great amount of care in my treatment and to me as a patient. She goes above and beyond and works well with following up with me regularly through my treatment. She’s extremely attentive to my concerns, questions, and comments. She resolves any issues I have in a timely manner. She provides me with additional health options in managing my condition that I’ve never even heard of before. I appreciate her time and efforts in handling my needs as a patient. She’s all around reliable and makes this process comfortable for me and she genuinely listens to me and takes note of everything I say. I truly appreciate her and everything she does in her work. It’s extremely rare to come across someone who provides the level of care and patience that she does, so I’m thankful for her.
