I have already recommended her. I just don’t like that I can’t get through to her when I have a question. This last issue with my daughter was particularly frustrating. Overall though I don’t care for the system or the way they don’t allow you to communicate with the office directly, I do really like Dr Knapik. She’s the only reason I still take my children to NM.
