Dr kichko was rude. Talked over me and rushed the phone call that was scheduled. We had a phone call scheduled for 10:30am… no one called me. I finally called the office at 10:50am and got ahold of the dr. The phone call was to get screening recommendations for breast cancer. I finally get on the phone with her and then she tells me that she can’t answer my question and tells me to call someone else. Why was I not informed of this prior? I had called months ago for clarification on the recommendations dr. Kichko had given me and the office told me that a nurse could not answer my question of when to get screened for breast cancer and that I would have to talk to the dr. I schedule this phone call and wait around for the dr only to be told to ask someone else.
