This physician was somewhat knowledgeable but her bedside manner was very disappointing. She only answered questions I asked at the surface level. I got the sense she did not care about me, but she was trying to fake empathy- not genuine. It was almost like talking to a computer. I never take the time to fill out these types of surveys and typically have excellent care from Northwestern but felt in this instance I really needed to.
