Dr. Ward has been my and several family members PCP for well over a decade now. He is always very kind and understanding but also doesn't sugarcoat what you need to hear. He will do whatever he can to make sure you get the care you need, even if it isnt with him or even his practice. I have stubbornly held out for an insurance plan that covers him because I dont want to see anyone else.
