This was my annual physical- but the first time at this office, because my former MD retired and closed the office. I had not been to MD in a long time ( I worked overtime in COVID), and there was no judgement from Dr Baird about the gap in medical attention. He just said - lets go forward with what you need. Very nice and very clear instructions.

Dr. Seth Kay is an excellent listener and communicator. He verbally walked me though each step of the biopsy procedure. He explained in understandable terms what we were seeing on the Ultrasound of my thyroid. He never rushed through any aspect of the visit, answered clearly our questions, and created a positive feeling within me about my condition and possible treatments for it.
