All NW staff are very friendly and professional. The person at the reception was very kind, the nurse was very professional and kind, Dr. She clearly explained the possible treatments for my son and answered my questions without rushing. He was very professional and courteous. But I really liked the way he took time to examine all the affected parts of my son's body. Finally, the person who helped me schedule my son's next appointments was very quality, friendly and professional, taking time to make sure I understood all the information and appointments correctly.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ken Macek! I have been a patient of his for about 16-17 years and from the start I knew he was different. He has ALWAYS taken the time to listen and goes above and beyond for me! I’m moving out of state and it makes be so sad to know I will likely never again find a doctor that cares as much for his patients as he does. I understand compassion fatigue and I truly appreciate what Dr. Macek continues to provide- compassion and excellent medical care- that is hard to continue to do year after year! You’re the best! I’ll miss you! And Go Irish!!!!
