Dr Hephner is the best doctor I have ever had. she always listens and she genuinely cares not only about helping with whatever issue i'm being seen for that day, but she actually cares about me as a person. everything she has done has always helped me. all of her suggestions have been beneficial. she is also the quickest dr to answer a mychart question i think i have ever had. if you all give out awards for excellence; she deserves one.
