Very professional, very pleasant employees

I saw on my script a list of 10 or so locations. Having made an appointment early this morning and being told the whole day was basically open for MRI scans, I scheduled to come in at 2pm. I was told it would be 30 mins long and to come in a few minutes early to fill out paperwork. The time is 2:30pm having left my job to come here on my lunch break - arriving 10 minutes early at 1:50pm. I am being told it will be another 10 mins before they can begin the scan. Had I know it would be nearly an hour before starting what should have started a whole lunch break, I would have chosen any other location but this one. Good thing they weren't busy today. Who knows what this place might look like with another person before me.
