After a nightmare experience with another local radiology group (office staff, prior authorization, etc), I was lucky enough to find Chesapeake Medical Imaging - a 180 from the other company! From the scheduling to the actual mri, it couldn’t have been easier. I highly recommend this group!

I've been to CMI Maple twice now. Both times the people were friendly AND competent. They give information freely, which is rare. The experience in the tube is frightening for me, but the tech made me feel comfortable. Next time, I will bring my own eye covering. (I need it). Also, they were right on time!

My 1st visit - Excellent experience :). So glad I was able to walk-in to make an appointment + actually be able to be seen same day. Your staff were kind; professional; pleasant; helpful! Employee recognition: Desiree + Steve (front desk + technician) were both excellent in giving the best customer service. Polite + helpful, went the extra mile to make this my best experience. I will definitely choose this office again.

My experience having a PET scan was exceptional.. The staff were all quickly responsive and attentive to my comfort etc. The technician (nurse?) who was managing my imaging was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. She also was diligent in honoring my request to get a copy of my image and report, as I’ve just been able to pick it up from their office on Monday morning and my imaging was Friday afternoon! It is clearly a customer service oriented operation.
