At my appointment a few days ago, I had to wait several minutes just to check in, even though there were two employees behind the desk. After standing there, staring at the wall for a while and being ignored, one of them sighed heavily and asked if she could help me. I said yes and that I was checking in, to which she replied "well, is there a name?" There was no "hello, how are you?" or "can I have your name, please?" Her attitude and body language were terrible. Then a third employee emerged, and while I was still standing at the desk, she was chastised by the same woman who was helping me for taking a long break and not being up front to help. The third employee just rolled her eyes and sat down. I didn't get the impression that there was anyone running the show behind the desk, and the three of them just had free reign. I have to go back again next week and I'm preparing for another rude encounter.

I checked in one hour earlier and was seen within 10 minutes, when the lady finished with her patient she took me in and was very kind and explained everything she was going to do. The appointment went smooth and I was finished plus my doctor received my results the same day which was awesome. Thank you Chesapeake Imaging!!

Staff was very efficient, I did not have to wait too long before the MRI. I have bad restless leg, side effect of my MS, and had a hard time keeping still for the procedure, but the two technicians were very patient with my issue.
