My experience with Chesapeake Medical Imaging Easton was fantastic, from setting my appointment to completing my CT procedure on 20 Aug 24. Every individual with whom I had contact--the appointment setter, the person who answered the phone when I had a question, the receptionist, and the technician--were sincerely pleasant, efficient and professional. Each person conveyed they cared about me as an individual. I want to add that 6 years ago I had an MRI at Chesapeake Medical Imaging Easton and that experience was just as positive. Typically I panic when I go into an MRI, but that technician was so helpful and put me at ease, that I know when I have my next MRI, I will be going to Chesapeake Medical Imaging Easton. I had an xray at Chesapeake Medical Imaging Stevensville last year, and once again, everyone was very naturally pleasant and helpful. My sister has been to both facilities, too. She also raved about the people. We come from a large metropolitan area where we have worked with a very large and very reputable medical imaging company. I have no complaints about the facility where I have gone most of my adult life. But Chesapeake Medical Imaging Easton and Stevensville reflect positively on the atmosphere and environment CMI wants for its clientele.

I received conflicting information prior to my appointment re: prep I needed to do. Had I not sought clarification the day prior to the kidney ultrasound, I would have not been correctly prepared. The technician performing the actual procedure was professionally conducted, and I was kept informed of what was being done during the process.

As a breast cancer survivor of 21 years I so appreciate Chesapeake Medical Imaging and their thorough care. My mammogram showed something and an ultrasound was done immediately to prove it was a cyst. So grateful the whole process of the mammogram and ultrasound only took 39 minutes!!
