I did not have a long wait. The technician was friendly and efficient during the mammogram. Dr. Williams was pleasant and answered my questions. It was a good experience.

I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early as instructed when I scheduled my appointment. I completed paperwork provided when I checked in prior to my scheduled appointment time. But I waited 28 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen. This seems to happen habitually.
Once I was taken back for my testing, everything went very smoothly.
