There was an hour plus delay before the test, with another patient getting very wriled up,which disturbed me. All of your people were very calm and friendly and took the verbal abuse, and repeated rantings well! Thank you for doing my test so quickly, the other option I had was 21 days away and my doctor wanted it A.S.A.P. (Always Say A Prayer) Thanks again!

I signed in and within 15 minutes was taken back to the examination room. The attendant carefully explained what she was going to do, was very friendly.
And the exam was completed in 25 minutes. Very efficient.

When unable to get an ultrasound at my usual imaging center I called Chesapeake Medical Imaging and was thrilled with their help & professionalism. A technician even called to get me in sooner since it was Friday afternoon - allowing my doctor to see the results. Fabulous customer service and provided to my peace of mind. Thank you!

I have nothing but positive things to say about
Chesapeake Medical Imaging. It was very easy to set up my appointment. CMI was clear about what I needed to bring to check in. I forgot to bring the Doctor's prescription and the receptionist calmly called my Doctor's office to fax another one over without treating me like a numbskull for forgetting.
I found the prescription on the passenger seat of my car afterwards. The Technician was professional, efficient, and friendly. Also, there was plenty of parking and the office was very easy to find. 5 stars to Chesapeake Medical Imaging in Easton!
