CMI is my "go to" for any diagnostic imaging procedure. The employees are friendly, professional and competent. I always like the technicians and especially the radiologist. I have total trust in her and her readings.

Excellent! Everyone was awesome! I am ♿️ and when I was ready to leave the two nurses walked out with me and loaded me and my rolater in the car. This to me was above their duty!

prompt scheduling and securing insurance approval. on time appointment. professional, courteous staff.
only question i have is why i didn't receive the info for online access to my results.
i did for an earlier MRI and accessed them fine. however, i did have trouble setting up a permanent online access. i reported to tech support but did not get any resolution.

Scheduling was quick and easy with appropriate reminders. Front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly and my mammogram and dexascan were done by kind professionals who knew what they were doing. Could not have been smoother appointments! Plus since it is Breast Cancer Awareness month, I received a little pink goodie bag and am entered in a drawing..🤞

The staff at Chesapeake Imaging is kind, friendly n knowledgeable about ur procedure. Customer service shown is definitely a 10 plus. State of the art medical equipment used is utmost important for me.!
