Had Brain MRI--always unpleasant procedure but the staff does its best to recognize that it can be uncomfortable and does its best to reduce the stress--pillow adjustment--earphones--and the shot I got was almost without pain--the check in folks are very pleasant and my results came back to my doctor the very next day--

Chesapeake Medical Imaging has the BEST customer service. As soon as you enter the door you are greeted with a welcome in and a warm smile. The technician is very sweet and kind and takes pride in what she does! I highly recommend Chesapeake Medical Imaging.

Very polite and organized office staff. The reception cum waiting room is thoughtfully set up. The medical staff is kind and professional. Very efficient handling of patients, no wasted time. Upon request there is the option of immediate feedback on the screening results.

Very positive -front office staff friendly and competent. The technician who helped me get ready and then ran the machine and prepped me and helped me turn and told me when to take a breath and when to hold it was most pleasant and friendly. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly.
