But:
Instructions on what you can eat and drink day of exam are poorly worded. Are you permitted to eat and drink up to 4 hours before exam? Or no food and drink the day of the exam.? Make it clear. Current instructions can be read multiple ways.

It was good once I got thru on the phone . The only difficult part is calling on the phone & having to wait 15 minutes to talk to someone. Everything else was great.

I went there for a CT scan. I didn’t have to wait long, and their receptionist was very friendly. I was out pretty quickly.

Another good experience. The tech is always friendly and tells me what is happening as the process proceeds. My doctor wants me to have a CT every 12 weeks and I will continue to use your office on Bestgate Road.

I had a PET scan. Ryan, my tech, was excellent! He explained the process clearly, was very gentle with the needle, and had a wonderful demeanor. The scan takes some time but went quite smoothly. I had an excellent experience.

I was taken in after a short wait and at first was asked if a student could work with me before the tech. I allowed it and then the tech took over and did my ultrasound. Everything was fine. Just waiting for the results.
