It was good once I got thru on the phone . The only difficult part is calling on the phone & having to wait 15 minutes to talk to someone. Everything else was great.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect, so I asked the nurse to tell me about the process. She was so receptive and explained everything - which immediately put me at ease! She was professional, knowledgeable, competent and kind!!

I went there for a CT scan. I didn’t have to wait long, and their receptionist was very friendly. I was out pretty quickly.

Another good experience. The tech is always friendly and tells me what is happening as the process proceeds. My doctor wants me to have a CT every 12 weeks and I will continue to use your office on Bestgate Road.

I had a PET scan. Ryan, my tech, was excellent! He explained the process clearly, was very gentle with the needle, and had a wonderful demeanor. The scan takes some time but went quite smoothly. I had an excellent experience.

I was taken in after a short wait and at first was asked if a student could work with me before the tech. I allowed it and then the tech took over and did my ultrasound. Everything was fine. Just waiting for the results.

Chesapeake Medical Imaging excels at scheduling same day or within a day and the staff at each of the two closest locations is warm, caring, efficient, and very reassuring. I never feel like 'just another number'.

Superb staff from receptionist to technician conducting CT. The Tech had a great demeanor- very pleasant and calming. Skilled at IVs too.

Had to wait for 45 minutes past my appointment time even though I was the was the only one there. Otherwise they were very nice and the technician was very helpful.
