This location is the most efficient, well-run imaging center I have ever seen. I was seen on time and everything went smoothly. Ricardo was excellent. He explained the procedure well, was patient and good technique on the IV! Thank you!

Ricardo is kind, attentive, professional and efficient. He made my experience with the PET scan a breeze, and I had approached it with much trepidation. The staff at the Bestgate location are all kind, patient, and efficient.

Service and thoroughness for my experience was very good. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and I had to only wait a few minutes to be taken care of. The medical attendant was courteous and explained everything to me. I left very satisfied with the service!

I really appreciated the service I received from the people at CMI. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, the front desk administrator greeted me with a beautiful smile before checking me in and answering all my questions. Ricardo explained the steps of the PET/CT scan procedure. He was always willing to answer my questions and to keep me informed as he did what was necessary to facilitate the procedure. I am grateful to them for taking care of me from the time I entered the office until I left. It’s wonderful when you find people who believe in customer service. Thank you.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. There was a question with Dr. Orders so staff immediately contacted Dr. To resolve. I would only use CMI. I have been to three of their facilities and have had excellent experience every time.
