Very good. I had multiple questions/concerns before the test and they answered them quickly and even offered a visit to the site before the test. The day of the test, everything went smoothly. Very pleased. Friendly and professional staff. Very clean facility. A+ all around.

I was pleased with the entire experience. The check-in was very calming. I have a hand problem which causes my hand-writing to be very uneven. The staff was understanding and considerate of the problem. The staff from my entrance to my treatment to my leaving was very professional. I give them 5 stars!

I did not feel welcome there except for the man who did the catscanning on me. He made sure I was comfortable in the room.
The secretary did not. She refused to look at my paper to show that I was approved for the appointment. I told her to call another place that has my letter for referral. She did not believe me and called that place. She was not understanding.

Because I have cancer I must have CT scans every few months. In the past I have had them done at Advanced Radiology; until I chose Chesapeake Medical Imaging Bestgate I was satisfied - I did not have anything to compare it to. I recently realized Chesapeake Imaging was in my doctor’s building and made an appointment to have my most recent CT done there because it was convenient. I am very pleased with their procedures and how they made an otherwise unpleasant experience acceptable. I plan to use Chesapeake Medical Imaging in the future.

Excellent service. I was seen on time and the provider was very professional and kind. I had an episode of severe indigestion and after the procedure he was so kind to hand me a small bag of Goldfish crackers to relieve my symptoms. So very kind of him.

I was very pleased with the professional service and care I received from Chesapeake Medical Imaging. They helped me through the pre-approval process with my insurance. I was seen at the appointment time. Staff fully explained the procedure. It was a good experience and I highly recommend them.

My tech guy was outstanding. He was cam, kind, and competent. He took great care of me.
However, my problem was in scheduling an appt. It took 8 days to be allowed to SCHEDULE an appt. Be clear, NOT to be seen but just to get an appt. This is inexcusable for someone with insurance, having been a patient there before, and someone with cancer. You denied me access to my insurance benefits and denied me making progress with testing my dr ordered for me. Simply not acceptable.
