I was remembered by the provider that I normally do not see, because she's not my PCP but seen her back in 2023 and she still remembers me from back then. She is very nice and polite and she listens and jotted down notes of what I spoke about going on with me

I am very pleased with the care, knowledge and genuine compassion she provides! I recommend her to anyone! I have a lot of complex medical issues and she always gets to the bottom and finds a solution!!

Staff were great. Nurse Lozada was very good. She should have asked me if I approved of recommended [ ] after explaining reason for use, risks & interactions with [ ]. She should have told me she was not a physian after I callex her Doctor. The person who led me to the room to wait told me that "the Doctor" would be in in about 10-15 min. Did not say N.P. which I learned once I got home.

Dr Zuleima her nurse Dora & everyone in the office is so professional & so spot on. Dr Z has gone above & beyond to make it better for myself & my husband changing meds to improve our health. She & Dora’s bedside manner are the best I’ve ever dealt with (coming from Memphis where there’s the best ) & my husband who’s a patient feels the same. Dr Z has great bedside manner that encourages the patient to communicate & not hide things most patients don’t want to talk about. Love ❤️ your office doctor & staff

Starting with the person who took my call when I needed an appointment. He worked hard to get me a same day appointment. Then everything went great from there. That person probably doesn’t get enough credit for how good they make a person feel

Every time I have met with (Dr) Lozada, I have always felt that she cared about me as an individual, not just another patient. She always took as much time as needed to cover all the bases and answer all my questions. I am grateful for her. .
