Dr. Zou is gentle, passionate, and friendly.
I have a rare condition but Dr. Zou is meticulously knowledgeable about the subject. He listened patiently to my questions and answered them in detail and made me feel at ease. I have complete confidence in him.

I want to sincerely thank Michael for his knowledge, care, and willingness to be a resource. In a place like Reno, where quality medical support can be hard to find, especially for the LGBT community and for anyone seeking care around infectious diseases, STIs, or other stigmatized concerns, his presence stands out.
Michael brings a level of openness and professionalism that feels rare here. He’s a breath of fresh air within the Renown community, and I truly hope this practice continues to grow, excel and get the support we need here in Reno.

Everyone was very caring and professional. I believe the med asst was Tiffany, she was really great. Dr. Zou also very caring, did get back to me in regards to a procedure that was done by another dr.. Overall a very good experience, and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Hi, Dr. Zou was excellent. I thought I was getting better from my other doctors that prescribed antibiotics for me. But Dr. Zou said if you don't start feeling better, just all you have to do is message me and I'll send in a better prescription. And I messaged him and within five minutes, I got a response and he called in the prescription that same day. So he's excellent. Thank you very much.
