I brought my own N95 mask and asked my pulmonologist if they would wear it during our appointment. They agreed without hesitation, which I genuinely appreciated. It's a small thing, but it reflects an important quality: a willingness to take patient concerns seriously rather than dismiss them.The appointment itself was thorough and productive. They listened carefully, answered my questions honestly, and engaged with me as someone capable of understanding my own condition. I never felt rushed or patronized, which isn't always a given.Good clinical care paired with real respect for patients is what medicine should look like. Dr. Khiangte was great!

Dr. Khiangte was fantastic! I could tell she was really listening to my concerns and provided me with great feedback in a way that I could understand. I never felt rushed. It seemed as if I was the most important patient she had that day. She picked up right away that I was adverse to going to the doctor and taking medicine. I cannot believe how comfortable I was with her during that visit!!

I appreciate that Dr. Zoe spent time with me, and I did not feel rushed. We had time to discuss a number of issues with my medications, activity levels, and follow-ups with specialists.

She has been proactive to help figure out how I can best feel better. She is always patient and listens. She has helped me begin to take care of myself with my new diagnosis and wanted me to see a specialist to continue. She goes out of her way to get test results and cover all bases. I have never had such a great doctor. My experiences with other doctors has led me not to have high expectation. She exceeds what i hoped for.

I can;t say enough great things about her--she is just, well, the Beat!She took the time to explain, listen and explain a few times and that is just non-standard. I wish she had other specialties so I could be her patient more often.
