My husband and I have been Dr. Acosta's patients for over 20 years. My father was an MD as well as my uncles. I truly know what a great doctor does. Dr. Acosta fits into this category.

Isabel and the girls in the front office are all very considerate and helpful. There’s so many offices you walk into and they treat you like just another person waiting in a cattle line. This particular office is stellar in my opinion.

Was a great visit. The team reached out to me several times in advance of the appointment to ensure I had everything aligned with my insurance company and I paid on-site for the visit. Though I just received another charge, and I do not know what that charge is for.

I spoke with Isabel in Dr. Acosta's office regarding an issue that I was having. She told me that she was busy doing something and could I reach out to the doctor myself through my chart. My chart didn't give me the option to do so. I'm floored by this given the severity of the issue. I am looking to change provider based on my interaction with the office staff
