Was a great visit. The team reached out to me several times in advance of the appointment to ensure I had everything aligned with my insurance company and I paid on-site for the visit. Though I just received another charge, and I do not know what that charge is for.

I spoke with Isabel in Dr. Acosta's office regarding an issue that I was having. She told me that she was busy doing something and could I reach out to the doctor myself through my chart. My chart didn't give me the option to do so. I'm floored by this given the severity of the issue. I am looking to change provider based on my interaction with the office staff

Me siento muy contenta de tener a la Dra. Acosta como mi medico. Me parece que es muy profesional, le tengo la confianza de sus concejos y me gusta como asegura el seguimiento de mi situation. Mi único comentario es que me hubiera gustado saber que al final de la cita cuando ella salió del consultorio yo no la volvería a ver. Me hubiera gustado saber que ya había terminado conmigo, o sea ya era el final de mi cita.
