Nurse Practitioner Richard Zimmerman is so kind, a deep listenier, and so trusted as a very wise, experienced and talented NPR... someone I would always share deeply with. And we each really enjoyed having our conversation together. He saw me deeply as a person, not just another patient. That in itself is very healing in this world, where too often everyone is seems to be in a hurry and never really sees other people!
