See above Plus Dr Z absolutely cares about the patient and takes them into consideration when recommending any solution. He is also very knowledgeable about a lot of other conditions and brings that knowledge into his recommendation for what you need

He took the time to listen to my concerns and then offered his professional advice. He advised and recommended some extra analysis to make sure I was well now and in the future. I felt they took the time to care for me and Imdid not feel they rushed me.

He is friendly, and very knowledgeable, and has helped me more in just a short time than I expected and had experienced with my previous physician that I was with for over a decade.
