Overall, I had an excellent experience. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I greatly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a very good check up the doctor explained my X-rays very thoroughly and the staff and nurses were so nice it was my 80th birthday

I have been going to Virtua Reconstructive for years and saw a lot of different doctors for different ailments. When I was told to see Hip Surgeon called Dr. [REDACTED] office. He did my right hip back in 2020 but this one I had June 2026 both were on the same dates 6 years apart June 12th. Right hip 2020 I healed faster bone on bone. This left one I had a very arthritic hip. Tougher surgery. Taking longer to heal.

Not all of the PA people are informative and some seem to be checking their watch as if you are taking up too much time. My experience has been excellent with several and disappointing with one in particular. Everyone else from technicians to nurses to front desk are excellent. Really pleasant, helpful and caring.

I was not sure where to go when I got to Virtua. The officer at front seat directed me to the 3rd floor. Got there only to be told I had to go back to 1st floor. I had the two weeks ago. Walking with a cane is not easy. I was in pain and exhausted by the time I reached the right place 100E. I wish the front desk could direct me to proper area. I told him it was follow up from total knee replacement. Apparently the lady I sat next to when I finally checked in said same happened to her.

She was absolutely delightful, interested, concerned, caring, engaging, friendly and trustworthy!! This is why I love this practice and each person that comes in contact with me, from the front desk A team ladies, the awesome techs, assistants and my wonderful surgeon. I am most fortunate to have these incredible people taking care of me!!

The provider didn't introduce herself when entering the room. It seem like she was in a rush which made me feel uncomfortable. I was told if I had any questions she would address them. She did to a certain extent but I felt rush so I didn't get all my questioned answered because I was trying hard to keep up with her pace. I did ask a question about a Dme product. Her response was to buy it. When all my insurance needed was a letter of medical necessity. At that point my husband and I were ready to leave. We just felt like a chart to her.

My experience was fantastic with the exception of the phone system. I had to wait over 8 1/2 hours to get a return call which I never received so my wife had to drive to Virtua to make the appointment in person you have to correct the phone system.

Did not always understand the individual drug interactions between NSAIDS and gastrointestinal issues. All the scripts were were not called in to the pharmacy.

Even though I explained that I was still in severe pain the provider brushed it off as normal, and the prescription she prescribed for pain did not go through, and she did not respond to my or the pharmacy's request to resolve the issue the next day.

This VidCon gave me the cortisone shot on the opposite side of my knee, and it has been five days and helped zero. I'm in more and more and more pain every single day. I have called the office, have not received any updates, I have texted them. I have not received any message. And this is very unfortunate that I'm in a stressful, painful situation because of the lack of understanding of this physician or PA, whatever she was, where and how to give the cortisone shot. Because previously, every, each one of them

She was very attentive and listened. She was very gentle removing the dressing on my incision. She was very encouraging about my recovery. When asked about my continuing to take an aspirin 2x a day, she wasn't positive about Dr. Porat's protocol and went to check to be sure. I apologize for not knowing how to spell her name.

Your representative went up and above to handle getting an appointment for me. I had a time restriction due to a trip planned. Nothing was too much for her. Never had anyone in any organization go to the trouble she did to help me. Give her a raise!
