Since starting there as a new patient with Dr. Zambrotta any preconceived worries of starting at a new medical provider quickly faded. She has a calm relaxed feel about her which puts you at ease. You leave feeling as if your concerns have been heard and given proper attention.

A conversation with Dr Zambrotta is very similar to a conversation with a close family member in your living room. She listens very carefully to all your concerns. She really cares about her patients. My wife and I really love her.

The entire staff is so friendly and professional. I feel listened to from the first interaction with the receptionist. Dr. Zambrotta is not distracted when we talk. I feel very well seen and heard when I talk with her. She is so easy to communicate with, I’m very fortunate to have come to her when I first moved to Pennsylvania, I’m so happy to have her for my doctor. And MyChart, oh my goodness, that is such an excellent tool. I know that when I send a message to Dr. Zambrotta, it is answered in such a timely manner and I’m not waiting on the phone or waiting for a call back. MyChart is quite a useful tool. OK, thank you for taking the time to hear me out.
