She was great, gentle, kind, respectful of my feelings both mentally and physically while professionally doing her, not so easy, job.
I appreciated her guidance before and during the procedure. Warning me ahead of time that this might be uncomfortable telling me what she was doing before she did it and answered all my questions.

I did not have to wait in the lobby long for my scheduled appointment, even though it was obvious that the clinic had a "full house"

My medical assistant, who was newer to the job, was very personable and made me feel at ease. My APRN was also friendly and was very thorough with my complex medical history.

When I asked about taking a medication that I have taken before I was told I needed to make an additional appointment to see an md that she was not an expert. That was the whole reason I made the appointment was to get back on the medication.

I would personally like to thank Kate who helped me put my clothes on and take off. Kate is knd, gentle, understanding, and very down to earth. She's the best!
Anushah, no words can describe her professionalism, expertrise, and positive nature toward me as a patient and toward the instillation. I would go back to Anushah anytime! She and kate are quite a team!

Dr. Anushah was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. Referrals were made to increase necessary care, which I appreciate greatly.

The procedure was better than I thought it would be. The nurses were kind and explained everything. It was not too painful and was over before I knew it.
