Dr. Syed Zaidi, MD was very thorough with [xxxx]'s concerns, Doctor stated everything had been documented in his records and didn't understand why it hadn't been addressed before now. Doctor addressed [xxxx]'s need for further treatment with a surgeon to address complications around his heart. Doctor didn't waste any time by referring [xxxx] to the appropriate doctor for his health and wellness concerns, We appreciate the promptness of [xxxx]'s health concerns being addressed. [xxxx] has been worried about this for the past year and was just now able to get a referral from his PCP, the office contacted staff at Chestnut promptly to schedule an appointment to get him evaluated due to concerns with his heart. [xxxx] is relieved that his heart condition is finally being addressed, but he is also scared of what needs to be done. Thank you for All your staffing does for patients.

Cannot say enough about the utmost treatment I received. Everyone was very helpful and I was treated with the utmost compassion and respect. Everyone was very informative and answered all my question and made me feel very comfortable and Everyone listened to all my concerns.

My care with the facility was excellent. Fine care, respectfully, everybody was wonderful.

My appointment with Dr. Syed Zaidi was very disappointing and a waste of time. It was clear that he had not read my chart before the appointment and had no clue why I was there. He was not engaged with me at all. I will never go back to this doctor and will not recommend him to anyone.
