This is a very nice place. The staff were great and especially the doctor. They helped me around because I have trouble walking. The wait time was like 10 minutes. I was surprised. They all worked in sync. Will tell my family and friends

The doc and office staff were friendly. My frustration is how long I have to wait to speak to someone when calling the Virtua office.

Dr Shirley was extremely pleasant and actively listened to me and asked questions of me. I felt like the visit was a team effort to figure out a solution to my hip problems. He gave me some ideas and also exercises that I could do. I am already feeling less pain thanks to Dr Shirley!

He was very friendly and extremely easy to talk to . I felt I was able to be honest and I felt heard. We discussed a plan to move forward. I feel I have my work cut out for me I over the next six even though it will be harder because of the colder months, but I'm willing to try again for the 5th time.

Dr. Shirley did an excellent job on my hip. The only issue that I had is my pain wasn't controlled the night of surgery, sleeping, and the next morning. But we addressed that because I'm going to be having my right hip done. But excellent surgeon, did an excellent job. I have no complaints.

First, the receptionist is excellent. You sign in and they call you almost immediately and then a representative comes out, I guess a nurse's aide, and takes you back into the doctor's office. And Dr. Zach Shirley was amazing. The guy just treated me like royalty. And I feel so much better since I visited Dr. Shirley. I highly recommend him and I have already recommended him to many of my resident friends here at Green Briar. That's it. Very good.

My experience is with anything that has to do with the virtual brand have been spotty at BEST over the last few years. I don't think they take enough time. I think they seem distracted and there have been instances not with this provider specifically but other ones who were subpar and seemed incompetent

I was nervous and quite hesitant about another dr and it was a great experience. Dr. Shirley put my mind at ease and talked about treating me not just cutting me and I appreciate the connection to my care. He was highly recommended and I can see why!

Dr Shirley is an excellent dr. He has patience with me and assured me that based on the information I gave him he told me it's the Tendons and will take 6 months or 9 months to heal.

I was scared going into the process of my hip replacement. Dr. Shirley walked me through, explaining each step. I am so happy I decided to use Dr. Shirley and would highly recommend him to others.

Dr Shirley is the first Dr that actually listened to me. I saw 3 others and they dismissed me. Not from Virtua though. I am so appreciative that he can fix my knee.
