Everybody in the office was so extremely nice and seemed concerned and caring, including the doctor, AP, or whatever his title is. He was the best physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, whatever. Hands down, the best doctor I have seen in a very long time. He took time. He actually read my chart prior to coming in to see me and knew information about my case before we even discussed anything. So I wasn't having to rewrite history and remember everything over the last couple of years because it's been a very difficult couple of years. His staff was fantastic. They truly seemed like they

Responded to my need to be seen quickly with a scheduled visit in one day. I had previously seen one of the physicians while hospitalized, and I was very impressed. I saw the Nurse Practitioner in the office, and I was equally impressed.

Good Doctor, Seems motivated to do a little extra research and effort to help me with unique health problems. Listened to my desire to avoid new medication treatments if possible and to try and address my problems with a more holistic approach.

My ENT failed to give Zach the specimens he needed. Zach contacted them twice and still never received them. We proceeded with the information that we had. This was in no way Zack’s fault. This was my ENTs problem and I’ll be discussing that with my ENT. Zach was an amazing help to me and I really appreciate him.

Timely appointment and check-in. First meeting with Zachary Shell was positive, informative. He provided several steps to take for my care and scheduled a follow-up in the near future. The referral he made to Wound Care occurred quickly and I am already set up with an appt.
