He was very professional and at the same time very personable and never anytime. Did he make me feel like I was an inconvenience or he was in a rush to say what he had to say and leave. He took his time to be kind, compassionate and explained everything very well and listen to my input.

Very professional and timely care. The only point where I would hesitate is the ability to speak to a person when I called. It seems to take leaving a message and waiting for a routine call. If I missed that call then it all started over. A live person should answer the phone during normal office hours.
